requirements, but a Blind Shipment
Service Fee of $7.50 will be added to
your invoice for orders that are blind shipped

chosen carrier's standard shipping charges.
Rates depend on zip code destination, weight and

out, no shipping charges are shown in the total
amount due on your order. However, you will be
billed for shipping. The charges will be added
