Question:What exactly does Refurb Supplies do?
Answer:We make and resell replacement parts for business telephones. Refurb does not mean that we refurbish the phones or that our products are refurbished!
Our products are new, unless otherwise stated.
Our products are OEM compatible or better! You can expect Outstanding quality, Exceptional customer service and Marvelous prices with Refurb Supplies!
Question:What are your business hours?
Answer:We would like to be available to you 24/7 but we decided it is in your best interest to let our folks sleep through the night so they don't get grumpy! We are certain that you would rather be served by our exceptionally friendly well-rested team members. Business hours are from 8am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday.

Question:How can I become a net terms customer?
Answer:Need a net to catch some fish? If so, you've come to the wrong place. If you're looking to become a net terms customer you've come to the right place. Contact our accounting department by phone, fax, email or mail and request a credit application. Complete the application and return it to us by fax, email or mail. Within 3 days of receipt, we contact your trade references and bank to determine your payment terms. We will inform you if we are unable to contact your trade references. Upon approval, information about your payment terms will be mailed to you.
 
Question:Can you custom make an item?
Answer:If it can be built, we will come…make it for you that is. Let us help realize your idea. Contact Joe Elichaa at 866-789-5656 or via email at joee@refurbsupplies.com and he will discuss with you the options available.
 
Question:What is your warranty policy?
Answer:We are in the business of making customers happy and solving their problems. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of any item, or if any item is incorrect, call us at 866-789-5656 for an RMA number and we will replace it, issue you a credit or refund your money. I/C chips are subject to failure verification upon returning the items to us and no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident or modification or has been soldered or altered in any way.
 
Question:There are many companies that sell XXX equipment. What makes Refurb Supplies so different?
Answer:We are "Problem Solvers". Refurb Supplies is not just a parts reseller. We make improvements on products, source "hard to find" items and make custom items. If we do not have an item, we will help you find what you are looking for. We will solve your problem!
 

About My Order

Question:Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Answer:If one item meets your need then it meets our requirement! One item is our order minimum, but a Small Order Handling fee of $5.00 for orders under $15.00 will be added to your invoice.
 
Question:What types of payment do you accept?
Answer:No, you can't trade green stamps for our merchandise. But we do accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, check, COD, paypal and wire transfers.
 
Question:What carriers does Refurb Supplies use for shipping?
Answer:We use UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and trucking companies for pallet shipments.
 
Question:How much does shipping cost?
Answer:We do not add "handling" fees to your shipping costs. Shipping fees are your chosen carrier's standard shipping charges. Rates depend on zip code destination, weight and package size.
If you have an account with a carrier, we can also ship goods on your account.
 
Question:Are shipping charges added to orders placed on the web at the time of checkout?
Answer:No they are not. When you check out, no shipping charges are shown in the total amount due on your order. However, you will be billed for shipping. The charges will be added to your invoice after your order has been processed.
 
Question:Do you ship internationally and if yes how much does shipping cost?
Answer:Yes, we ship internationally at the rate of the chosen carrier. Rates depend on zip code destination, weight and package size.
 
Question:Do you calculate duties and taxes for orders shipping outside the US?
Answer:Yes, applicable duties and taxes are calculated into the total cost of shipping.
 
Question:How can I track my order?
Answer: Orders can be tracked with the tracking number. Give us a call at 866-789-5656 to receive your tracking number or access your account online at www.refurbsupplies.com. Once "logged in" click on "Order Status". Then enter the date range, order #, or PO # of the order you wish to track. When you have found the order, click on the number below the "#Pkg" field. Click on the tracking number and this will direct you to the shipper's website.
 
Question:How can I change or cancel my order?
Answer:Contact one of our customer service representatives at 866-789-5656 and they can assist you in changing or canceling your order.
 

Returns

Question:I have ordered something in error, can I return this item?
Answer:Everyone makes mistakes and we understand. Yes, an item can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice if the product has not been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification or has been altered in any way.
 
Question:Do you have a restocking fee?
Answer:Returning an item to its shelf without charging a fee is the least we can do for you. No, we do not have a restocking fee.
 
Question:What is the procedure for replacing a defective item?
Answer:We appreciate your time and apologize for any inconvenience. Call us at 866-789-5656 for a replacement. We will issue you a RMA order number that needs to be written on the outside of your package. Ship the item back to us by UPS ground, at our expense.
 
Question:Who is responsible for the cost of replacing defective equipment?
Answer:If it is broken, we'll get the problem solved. We are responsible for getting replacement equipment to you and for the cost of freight associated with returning the defective equipment to us. We pay the shipping fees; you already paid for shipping once!
 

Miscellaneous

Question: What does my user id and password have to contain?
Answer: Something memorable is helpful! So, choose anything you would like containing at least 1 character and no more than 10. Just remember your password is case sensitive.
 
Question:I forgot my password, how can I access my account?
Answer:In this instance, my husband would say, "You should have chosen something you would have easily remembered." Don't you hate when the obvious is stated. We understand life is busy and things can easily be forgotten, so give us a call at 866-789-5656 and we will get you access to your account.
