If your order is wrong or defective, Refurb Supplies will supply you with a prepaid UPS return label. Call 1-866-789-5656 and a customer service representative will take care of it for you!
If replacements are being shipped to you, the label will be included in the box with the items we are sending. You can reuse the same box (if condition is satisfactory), apply the provided shipping label over the old one and give it to any UPS driver or UPS drop off location.
If you are returning items for credit, we will email you a return label. Print the label and secure it with packing tape to the box.You can give it to any UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS drop off location. |

Q: How do I get my tracking information from your website?
A: Log into your account on www.RefurbSupplies.com.
- Click on "Order Status" button.
- Enter one of the following ranges: Date, Order # or Purchase Order #.
- Find correct order number. Click on the link with the corresponding number in the "# Packages" in the column on the far right. This is the number of packages sent for this order.
- This will give you the ship date, tracking number(s) and the shipping method (ie. UPS Ground). Click on the tracking number(s) to view the shipment status.
