Bring Out Your Inner Child
For one reason or another the holiday season can be rather stressful. When we were five we didn't stress about the holidays. Do some of these silly things and bring out that stress-free person once again.

Write a letter to santa. Writing down what you want might just help you get it. That is of course if you've been nice this year.

Stay up past your bedtime. Trick yourself into feeling like you're on winter vacation, don't worry about what will be tomorrow.

Watch cartoons on Saturday morning while eating cereal in front of the tv.

Squish away your stress with clay or Play Doh.

Think back to your favorite activity and do it.
